7. Cancellations and Returns

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Cancellation fees may apply.
  • Returns: Standard products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
